Year 2 | Smoothie Sour - Vault City

In 2018 we set out to challenge perceptions of what beer could be. almost 500 unique recipes later we've packed them with mountains of fruit, chocolate, spices, marshmallow fluff and everything in-between.

To celebrate eight years of pushing boundaries, we've revisited the Vault City archives and reimagined eight beers from 2018 to 202, each with a brand new twist.

Loaded with 999 grams of fruit per litre of beer, this is the legal limit we can add while still calling it a beer.

The second release in our birthday series sees the return of our iconic 999g/L series, launched in 2019 when we took our first step into seriously heavy fruiting rates. This smoothie sour put Vault City on the map, lacing glasses up and down the UK. It's packed with fresh apricot, mango, guava and juicy pineapple for a full-on alcoholic fruit smoothie.
