Sandwich King 3 - Northern Monk

Our next release with Sandwich King leans into the zesty, citrus flavours of our favourite West Coast-style IPAs but dialled up with addition of Tangerine essential oils for an extra fruity bounce. 

Building on a light base of Extra Pale and Caramel Malt with a hint of some biscuity Vienna, we’ve hopped heavily into the kettle with super resinous Centennial, adding a moreish depth of marmalade pithiness. For the later additions we’ve opted for El Dorado, which leans into the freshly squeezed brightness of grapefruit, backed up with more Centennial which delivers more floral top notes when added later. 

Don’t forget to open up the Peel & Reveal label for the King’s latest exclusive Cubano recipe, made in collaboration with Leeds icons Alfonso’s Deli, and designed to perfectly pair with this release.
