Pastel - Triple Point

Pastel colours have high brightness with low saturation. This beer is just that. A blend of a Belgian witbier base with added lemon + orange zest and juice and a handful of toasted coriander to balance it. The saturation is low, but the overall flavour is rounded and bright.
