Fresh From | 9 Of 12 - Northern Monk

For September’s Fresh From release, we were lucky to be rejoined by Dani, now at Brew Moon in Amberley, New Zealand. Previously a Monk brewer, Dani was kind enough to bring us some batches of locally grown Riwaka, Nelson and Motueka from Bold River Hops. 

The recipes specifics were decided on the day to make sure the hops were given chance to shine, but with three of NZ’s best products we knew we couldn’t go far wrong. The resulting Pale Ale has a punchy lemon-lime aroma and passionfruit undertones, with a smooth mouthfeel and bright yellow haze.
