In collaboration with Haand Bryggeriet and Kveik Yeastery, we bring you Dragon’s Bite, a Kveik IPA inspired by Niflheim — a primordial world of ice and mist. Bursting with flavours of grape and melon, this vibrant beer showcases the juicy, tropical character and expressive fermentation typical of Norwegian Kveik yeast.
