We break down the gluten content using an enzyme additive, bringing the finished beer to a level considered gluten-free by UK and EU law. verified by a UKAS accredited laboratory. We've layered on the hops in this one, going heavy in the whirlpool & the dry hop to create a juicy, soft, sessionable IPA
