Waning Ember - Northern Monk

As we prepare for autumn, with its chill in the air, we wanted Waning Ember to feel comforting, cosy, a warming embrace against the colder nights. Cashmere hops provide a somewhat woody and almost tea-like aroma on the nose and when combined with a thick, heavy body, it acts pillowy and warming. 

We also used some Idaho 7 to add to the cosy-feel, with a little sweet fruitiness and a herbal touch to really help you step out from summer and into the long dark autumnal days ahead.
