Throwback - Roosters

A vintage stock ale brewed with Goldings hops and Muscovado sugar, before being fermented and conditioned on oak staves from a barrel previously used to age a batch of Hello, Dimitri, our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. Tawny in colour, Throwback offers up fruity notes along with a balanced level of sweetness and a moderate bitterness on the finish.
